    Good afternoon :)

Some survey money has landed today and had small surplus in paypal account so have withdrawn and £16.22 been sent to sainsburys CC. A NSD, lunch bought in and food taken out the freezer for tonight. Got some mince so going to make some shepherds pie and will be enough for me tomorrow too :)

Hossie trainer last night, tried out new bit and its fine so thats good, only thing I dont have is saddle but will wait until she is finished growing, can borrow trainers until then which fits ok. Must get round to selling old saddle. Looks like might have sold old bridle so thats good. Also need to dig out hossies old rugs and get them cleaned up in preparation to sell them before the winter.

Out tonight to see sis and dye her hair, tomorrow must do some ebaying.

    Good morning :)

Thanks DFW for the lovely words, heres hoping it continues the way it is with the new OH :)

Bad news :( Spoke to IFA and situation is the same I can only get a mortgage for £110k so about £45K short. I am very tempted to go and see another one as didnt meet this one just over the phone so am not giving up that path left. The only other option is to sell and buy somewhere else, need to have a proper think at the weekend as lots to consider. Couldnt sell straight away as need to do some work on the house, so many things to think about and week days arent the right time. Have lots on already with work and debt busting still need to concentrate on that first.

It is a right pain as ex wont move out until a decision is made one way or the other, and am worried about if he is running up more debt which may not help my credit rating, just need to watch this space.

I think my basic plan of action is to concentrate on clearing my final cc, so just over £2.2k to go and then review again. As apart from sofa will be debt free (not worrying about parents at the moment but would ideally like to pay them sometime). I wouldnt get a mortgage with CC debt so need to get it cleared.

Ok my brain is a wee bit clearer after that.

So of to a good start today. £3 survey money has landed so that has been paid so new total is £2248 :)

Expenses going in tomorrow is £107, out of that have only spent about £40 so rest mileage profit, so should be paid in few weeks. Have done budget for next few months and have enough for holiday spends in september so these expenses can go straight to the cc :)

As you say lots to think about but you need to take your time and make logical decisions that are right for you.

Pity OH won't shift his butt as it must be an unpleasant way of living

Not sure how much time I'll have to post over the next few weeks so have a good weekend etc

    Good morning :)

Thanks Chrysalis for dropping by, credit to you for reading the whole of my ramblings :D

Still feel pretty crap about the whole situation at the moment, depressed myself yesterday by looking at rightmove, if I was to sell with the mortgage I could get and my deposit could just about afford a 1 bed flat in the area :( From a 3 bed house would not be good especially as love the garden. So wound myself up, but OH was good and rang me and talked some sense, its still a while of, I need to clear the CC, need to do some work on the house before I could sell so would be at least a few months and then who knows where I will be, so need to keep that positive head on. If I start to think to much start feeling depressed and then miss OH too so viscous circle :(

So plan still is to clear the CC and then watch this space. No new items on ebay last night but re-listed what hasnt sold so thats a start. Spent £10 yesterday on few weeks lottery games, havent done for ages so not big a spend and within budget.

Have had 16 NSD in July so pleased about that.

Of to see OH at weekend again, going friday and not back till Monday am, usually come home on a sunday but the olympic legacy road race is happening and cutting right through village so roads are shut so attempting to get up stupidly early on monday to beat the M25, could be fun. But upside is get to spend some extra time with OH :D

  • Rightmove should be blacklisted from all us dfw's. I looked on there just 2 days ago and found a beautiful house in the area i would love to live. Just need to find me £250k now  I guess I should really have been looking at ones we may be able to afford but none were nice, nor in nice areas nor big enough for us. Pfft.

Well done on the NSD's I did abysmally this month there is always next month though :p

  • Wow BB, so much has happened since I last read! :) and so much of it good!

So pleased on the OH front and the PPI claim too! I have decided mortgages are the work of the devil and Rightmove is the way to the hell of disappointment and frustration.

Any how that is my issue!!

Hope you are having a lovely day xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

I didn't want to read and run - read all of your diary (horsey got my attention) and you're doing great!

Keep your chin up and look after yourself and hoss. Through all of that's your stability :)

I've just started my own diary as have a new journey ahead of me, again!
