Thanks Lad for the reply again, there is a document that was drawn up by the solicitor which states that if we sell the house then the £65K will go back to my parents so covered there.

I do agree with your points thanks :) I do need to be able to take over the mortgage otherwise like you say I cant ask him to go.

That'll do you the world of good - my Mum took me away for a week's holiday in Wales when I left my first husband and it really helped me de-stress and sort my head out a bit.

    Morning :)

Thanks peeps for dropping by, am very excited to be asked about going away, one of my favourite places to be and with fab company too :D

Nothing exciting in money land, need to get some cash out to pay for yard looking after hossie while I am away at weekend, need £16, managed to scrape pennies together in the house and have £12 so just £4 to withdraw :)

Lovely catch up with sister last night. Must do some ebay tonight,4 items ending, 2 with bids on so need to list some new stuff.

Letter received back from bank confirming they are investigating the PPI claim so watch this space there too.

    Morning :)

3 items sold on ebay last night, paid and sitting here ready for posting. £14 profit and withdrawn and sent to CC today :)

Further 6 items listed and re-listed what hasnt sold.

£6 from survey sites landed so that has been sent to CC too :)

Further £25 tracked in quidco where I did offer for horse racing so that will be £15 profit I have made after the initial £10 payout, waiting for that to be paid.

Need to clear hossie field of poo maybe tonight. More ebaying planned for Thursday.

    Morning :)

Granny I do feel a bit more upbeat and chirpy. Friend has really helped to boost my confidence, just being me but feel so much more positive about things :D

Field still full of poo as was going to babysit for sister but didnt need to but just ended up chatting for a while.

I have runner bean plants, about 8 so far, some are trying to be munched by slugs so have put some pellets down so hope they work. Free food :)

Ebay items I listed on Tues 2 have bids on already so pleased with that.

Small spend yesterday, £6 on milk which is reclaimable for work, £2 on some rice and gum for me and £20 cashback. Have paid the yard their money for looking after hossie including this weekend and have around £15 sitting in wallet which wont need.

Booked hairdresser for next monday but already have money set aside for this.
Off tomorrow afternoon to get hossie bedding but have a budget for this :)

Had chat with ex last night about various things and he mentioned that he thought I wasnt happy for the last 5 years (our relationship span) and said I was, he said he didnt think I was and it appears neither was he, but he just put up with it as was easier. Hey thanks so much so the last 5 years was a waste of time then, angry and was going to say upset but more disappointed doesnt cover it. I think he hasnt been happy for a while but would rather be with someone than be on his own, he had a good life with me, house, social life, holidays etc and he knew that if he left me he would lose a lot so just shut up and humoured me. I am glad that I made the decision for us to split now, because if I did what I used to do in the past and hope for the best could still be living unhappily for the next how many years.

So all positives to come out of the situation is that I feel content in myself I have made the right decision yet again. I am much happier now than I was even a few months ago so will keep moving forward :)

You do sound happier BB it comes through loud and clear in your last post and that you know you have done the right thing.
