    Morning :)

Thanks Granny for your lovely comment, weekend was ok, mixed signals sent out from friend which is weird but just enjoying doing what I want and as long as I feel in control am fine, have lots of positive things happening so focus on these and life is slowly getting better :D

No more ebay last night as late home as stupid roadworks on the M25 but did manage to re-list the items unsold. One item sold so posting today.

Few more ink cartridges of to recycling today so the balance is building up slowly there.

Lots more surveys done and some comps, fingers crossed for some wins, so pennies trickling in slowly. Must go update signature, will do now.

    Morning :)

No ebay last night as got round to cutting my lawn, took ages as was about 1 foot long, only wee garden but looks tidier now, need to tidy the rest of the garden now. Beans arent growing yet so keeping everything crossed, strawberries are doing well :)

Maybe babysitting tonight for sis if not then ebay here we come.

Talking to people it seems like the ex doesnt want to move out and has no intention unless I force the issue, which with the current mortgage situation doesnt seem possible at the moment :( I think I need to meet with another financial advisor to see if there is any other way round it as its not good living like this. Still in limbo land and just want to be getting on with my life better, feel like cant move on as much :(

So the plan is as before for now until I can sort out the mortgage somehow, keep paying this darn debt of and save save save. Am getting there slowly, just would like to get there a lot faster. Signature duly updated so pleased with the progress on that. NSD yesterday and another one today :)

The thing with your ex is that it's very easy for him to stay put - and they always seem to take the easy way out of things if they can.

You're doing brilliantly, it's clearly GOING to happen, it's just a matter of when. And that will come a lot quicker now you aren't playing the two steps forward one back game that you were before with you trying so hard and him not bothering at all...

    :)

Thanks Trudij that makes perfect sense, the whole 2 steps forward bit is just so true, I have no idea if ex is running up more debt, its not my problem anymore, I do feel that I have learnt lots of lessons and are moving forward, never fast enough though :D

:) it never is I find. Mum and I thought we had cracked things this time - we had taken a loan which we can make overpayments on to clear everything, were getting to grips with paying everything off, and the council decided (without warning!) to tell mum that she shouldnt have been getting council tax help for the last five years and took £5k out of her bank account last week. We obviously are apealing and pointing out again all the reasons she has been getting it since becoming a widow etc etc, but if we do get any back, its not going to be quickly....

So much for getting sorted - thats a whole cards worth extra to find now - but hey ho, we'll get there !!

Trudi thats really awful about the council, completely disgusting behaviour you would have thought they would have least set up a repayment plan  grr for you. Hope you manage to get it sorted ok.

Granny thanks for your lovely words again and support brings a smile to my face :D

So good things - £8 from paypal from ebay sales so another wee bit to the credit card, another NSD, 4 items listed on ebay last night. May do hossie training later with friend if not more ebay.

    Afternoon, just :)

Another NSD, no ebay last night just spent a wee bit of time with the hossie, she knows all my deepest secrets :D

Bought a bridle for hossie a month or so back, tried it on last night and fits really well so pleased with that.

Got air freshener in post to test and a fab hardback book from a competition win. Ex was making noises about keeping the book but it could be worth more if I sell it, so maybe offer it to him for a reasonable price ;)
