I ordered mine also on the 2nd of Jan at 11.49am. I paid by cc.
My account says order processed with one due for delivery by 16/1 & the other 2 by 8/2.
Still no phone call but I have had an email asking if I was a credit account!0 -

On the 2nd January 2013, certain Yankee Candle products were incorrectly priced on our website. This error was identified and corrected on the same day. Whilst it is always our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, pricing errors can occasionally occur.
On this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill, we will honour x1 Yankee Candle product at the reduced price which was advertised when the order was placed.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this error.

I've not received an email either except for the one offering £10 off my next spend. I suppose it's just a matter of time before i get an email or call. If they are going to refund they should have done it by know. It's been over a week since the payment was made.
If they are going to cancel the order and still let me have one then thats fine but i should be told about it within the first few days not after a week. we should be given our refunds quickly too. it's only fair.
anyway will keep you all updated on if i hear from them0 -
I received this email from Littlewoods around half an hour ago. I had only ordered 1 Yankee Candle and (had it added to my credit account) it looks like the order has been 'okayed'.

I've had the email above too, but I've emailed back (after trying to call and being cut off after the IVR message) and asked for the one I specifically want and asked them to cancel the others. Don't want to go through the rigmarole of having to send them back and wait for a refund, if they send the reduced one and 2 full-price ones.I am Doll Parts

I've got a credit account with very so added it to that - I only ordered 2, both the same scent, so rather happy they are honoring one. Hopefully they will get refunds out to those who paid upfront ASAP.
Its not clear though, as someone else has mentioned, will they honor the one at reduced price although send out any others ordered and charge them at the correct price? And will you get the scent you ordered or will it be random?I got ham but i'm not a hamster.....0 -
