LARGE yankee candles £8 free del to a collect+ store

I have been charged for the full order when I cancelled it and the account! Plus a charge of £13.56 for not paying on time! What a joke!

Just like many of you I received a call in January saying they would only allow me 1 candle at £8. I picked vanilla cupcake and they said delivery wouldn't be until march (which is crazy considering I could go to my local debenhams, house of Fraser or clintons cards and buy one there and then) but I agreed and they said the £16 for the other candles they were not honouring would be refunded.

We are now in march and no sign of the candle so rang littlewoods. Oh guess what they have done? Yep - cancelled the full order!
I demanded an explanation and she couldn't give one and said if I wanted the candle she could order it for £22.

I don't think so - so currently waiting on a managers call back!
