I ordered four of the large candles, and one (Pink Sands) has been dispatched today, and the others cancelled. I had a phone call giving me a £10 voucher code as long as I spend £50. I don't think I'll be bothering somehow.

They give the £10 off £50 order to everyone who opens an account. I got the email for it 2 days after opening the account. They weren't offering it out of kindness. Crafty so and so's. I Like you won't be bothering. Waiting for my refund then closing the account. Awful service

So, I ordered 7 before this went on the itnernet, I was just browsing little woods! Anyway, they've cancelled six, but today I received a letter saying they were sorry for the delay in sending my candles but I will get them soon. I have no idea what is going on My balance is saying £58!

I ordered 2 and paid by debit card. I had an email over a week ago telling me that They would only be sending one and half the money was refunded to my debit card 2 days later.

Then I had an email asking for feedback on my recent order:cool:
Then yesterday I had a long automated message on my answer phone telling me there was a problem with my order and it would be delayed.
And today my 1 candle turned up. Hope everyone else gets sorted out

I ordered from Very and Littlewoods. Got the phone call a week or so later from each of them asking me to choose just one. Got a dispatch e-mail from Very the other day and the one candle arrived today. I'd specifically asked about P&P when they rang me and was told I wouldn't be charged but when I checked my credit card account I could see they had charged me £3.95 P&P. Emailed them and they say it's been refunded now. Maybe something to watch out for?

Not sure what will happen with Littlewoods. I used the £25 of £50 for a new order so I wonder if I'll lose that. I'll wait and see!

I've received 3 of the christmas cupcake jar today but no invoices with them so I dnt know what I've been charged, will await my Cv

Same thing happened to me after I had received an email saying I would get 1 and I emailed back to say I wanted the Lemon on, the replied that I was getting Pink Sands. Then when I looked the other day they had all been cancelled. When I rang, the advisor said that it said customer had cancelled??? He then said he would re-order one at full price and to ring when it arrived to get £14 credited. It arrived today, I called straight up and now my balance is showing £8 and I ended up with the candle I wanted. Got there in the end :beer:

My one candle arrived today. Am happy that this saga has finally come to an end (for me anyway - sorry to anyone still waiting!) BUT not happy that Yodel just left the parcel on the doorstep when nobody answered the door (I have no idea how long it was there for but thankfully nobody pinched it!).....

....and also not happy that the candle itself doesn't look good enough to give as a present. The Yankee label on the front of the jar hasn't been stuck on properly and has lots of big wrinkles - I tried smoothing them out but tbh it looks like a second. It's not worth the aggro of trying to exchange it so I'll just keep it for myself. Don't want to sound overly fussy but if I'd seen it in a shop I wouldn't have bought it looking like that, not for a gift anyway.

Looks like I am getting more than one candle. I placed two orders, my second order I received one candle last week and the others were cancelled and I received an email to tell me that this would happen. The other order stayed 'processing' then last week I had an automated phone message to say my order was delayed. Then this morning I have had three emails to let me know three candles from my order are depatched the other two are still processing but estimated delivery is Feb.

Not sure if I have just slipped through the net or if it's because I didn't use any additional codes etc.

Has anyone received their paypal refund yet. It's ridiculous that 20 days later I still haven't been refunded
