I've recvd 6 candles n all show cash price £8 on my statement :j:j:j

Not happy they cancelled by order even after saying I could have 1 at £8.

I recieved the 3 candles that I ordered today. I have checked my online statement and its showing I owe them £24, £8 for each candle. Never thought i would recieve them so pleased they have arrived

Received a solitary candle from 2 orders today...well done those who pulled the glitch off

Seems by the boxing I received the candle in today their supplier is infact QVC!

Mine was supposed to be delivered by 16th Jan, that was put back to 24th Jan now its saying 8th Feb. I might just have it in time for next Christmas :rotfl:

Got my VAnilla Cupcake one today - really pleased - only ordered the one so I am well happy - thanks OP as I'd not have treated myself at full price.

I ordered 3 clean cotton ones and one sparkling lemon one.

They have cancelled all the clean cotton and sent me the lemon but charged me for all of them :-(
Have emailed and will see what they say.

Still waiting on my black cherry! I checked online a few weeks ago and they'd changed the delivery from the 18th Jan to the 24th. Expected it yesterday and it hasn't arrived so looked online again and they've changed the delivery again! This time to the 8th February!

It's ridiculous, the money was taken on the 2nd!
