Well 12 days after taking my money and not bothering ti call me or email me, I tgought i'd call very and ask for an update. Was told about the misprint and tgat I could have one. She said someone is going to contact me. I Said if you guys haven't managed in 12 days then you never will. Funny how I have been recieving the spam emails and post. anyway I demanded a refund be put through while I was on the phone. She put it through but said it could take upto 10 days to go through.

Just waiting for it to go through then closing the account. We got weddings coming uo in the family and everyone is looking for gifts. Definitely won't be spending with littlewood or very and will never recommend them.

I had no problem with the misprice but I don't appreciate being lied to about being contacted. They knew of the mistake same day si should have refunded straight away rather than keeping my money for over 2 weeks.

I had ordered 7 as birthday pressies on a credit account, using the '£25 off your first order' voucher code, then got the same email saying they would honour 1 at £8 about an hour after my microwave went kapput on friday night, so I rang up and cancelled the candle, added a £60 microwave (delivered this morning) and the adviser re-applied the £25 discount. I also got an email with a '£10 off next order code' which I used this morning on an already heavily reduced wardrobe. so to be honest it's all worked out rather well for me in a round about kind of way!

I've just received a text message from Littlewoods. It reads as follows:

'We're sorry, some items you've ordered are likely to be delayed from our supplier. Once we can confirm this we'll update your account page on our website'

I can only assume that the glitch has messed up the supply/demand norms! Oh dear. I'll be glad when I get mine as it's all turning out to be a bit of a drama!

Annoyed doesn't come close now...

My order showed as 'packing' at 12.20pm today. Now I've had a text message to say there is a problem and the order will be delayed. New delivery date showing at 24/01 - 22 days after I ordered!

There is little wonder companies like this are going bump.

Just been online and checked 3 candles have been cancelled and just left Pink Sands. Expected date changed from 16th to 24th - they haven't tried to contact me at all by e-mail or text or phone or letter. I was given no choice about which candle I wanted.

Just checked my account as had no contact from Littlewoods. had ordered 3 pink sand and 1 vanilla cupcake (the pink sands despatch date was originally tomorrow). They have cancelled those three and left the vanilla to be despatched 8th Feb but for the money I paid on my card - they have refunded that to my credit account to spend with them!!!
