I ordered 3 from Littlewoods got the confirmation email but just had a phone call from them to say it was a pricing error but they would honor the price for one of them and made me choose. Better than none I suppose.

Ordered from Littlewoods. They took £56 from my account but just received phone call to offer me one at mistaken price. They said they will refund the difference. Hope doesn't take too long!!! Other bargains to be had lol!!

I ordered 3 candles in 3 separate transactions, I have just received a refund for 1 candle with no explanation, not looking hopeful to get the other 2.

I wonder if people who have a credit account with Littlewoods will have any more luck than people who are just paying cash?

Ordered a few day before yesterday - received email confirmation etc saying it was processed - but just had a call saying they were mispriced and to say they would honour just one - gave me a choice at least.

Just letting you know, i have an account with K&co and ordered from them because of the free delivery. Just had my call to say they were mispriced but they will honour one at that price and which fragrance did i want. I'm happy enough with that, it saves me a few quid but i still get to sample a real yankee jar. Only ever had the tarts before so this makes me happy

I can't remember putting my phone number in when I registered [and it I did, I don't know which number I gave - home or mobile, or my spare mobile etc lol]. Tried to check my account but can't see an option to check that sort of thing...

Not had a call yet. Wonder what will happen if I didn't have a number on my account.

Go to: My account then account queries. Here you'll be able to see the contact information you put down. If you need to change it, the option is in little lettering at the bottom of the page (to amend your personal details click here)

It took me ages to find it. I put the wrong number originally & have since changed it so I wondered if they've tried to call myself.

Thank you. Just checked and I do have a number written down [my mobile number]. Not had a call today, and I've had my mobile near me, so I guess they haven't tried yet...
