You dont need a case you simply need to file it away and ignore every single word. rinse and repeat for every single letter and threat that follows you only need to pay attention to council tickets or court summons and yes we would help you here with those all too gladly.

You wish to cost the PPC money then ignore? Just use their 'appeal' process and state your defence(search on here will find a good one to put on form/email) but tell them that this is all you will do and that you will no longer correspond with them and that they can cancel their fake ticket or give you the POPLA code within 35 days of you 'appeaing.' Then relax to see what happen.

Not yet, that's an easy one to get.

Been waiting for this one. Information so far suggests someone's been a naughty boy so this one is definitely going to go 'the distance'.

For all those that are advising ignore - i don't think so.

Coupon-mad. i've sent you a pm. Hope you don't mind.

    Well well.
Just doing some checks on these cheeky beggars and, well, i'm no expert on company Law but i do believe someone has been a bit too clever for there own good..
I will be checking with the relevant authorities in the morning and if my suspicions are indeed correct i think we may have what is called a slam dunk.
