Just tried to appeal my ticket from TCP?? and their web site won't let me.
How bad is that?

Can't that shower of s*** get anything right?

My dated tcp charge notice is 19/12/12 even though they are now smart parking it is on tcp letter head. Odd odd odd

Well well.
BPA are refusing to discuss with me anything about TCP but they have confirmed that Smart Parking Ltd are not members of the AOS.
And no one in Scotland is answering the phone.
The plot thickens.

I admire the enthusiasm - and would dearly love to see this company dented. However, I fear this may well end up in a dusty corner. I know that the BPA (in the shape of Steve Clarke) was having talks with "the new owners of T&CP" some months ago and was "well aware of the changes they have planned". In the past when similar situations have arisen names on the current AOS listing have simply been added or amended.

The bpa is an organisation run for the parking companies, but it's run by the parking companies, they ensure that scamming can continue uninterrupted for their paymasters. If they start banning the bigger companies they cut their own throats.

Nepotism is rife, self interest is the order of the day, the bpa will not do anything at all. Their useless penalty points for non compliant companies is a joke. They do not apply said points to companies or censure companies. You go through the aos list and you will find on websites claims of authority and downright misleading claims.

The bpa does nothing, even though its in their code of practice says that for each case they will penalise these companies.

Changing the name isn't really the problem. This happens.
It's the other stuff they've been doing/possibly intend to.

Procedures in place to ensure things don't get glossed over. Some on here/pepipoo are aware of how.:cool:

Well well. Seems I've found my self in another of this scanners sites and with only a 1 hour limit too. Now, as I'm going to be longer than that and that I'm told they're active here...
