Think I've been abandoned by my facebook friends they never comment on my status' any more.... feeling very lonly

so far today I've done a jigsaw puzzle clearout (put the ones with 1 bit missing in a different box as I am convinced I have a spares box somewhere) but if they haven't turned up by the end of the week will consign to the rubbish. Gutted as there are 2 lovely wooden board puzzles each with a bit missing :mad:

Alos tidied DS1's room in the process and swapped toys around so the farm, cars and dressing up have gone in boxes for a month and the puzzles, trains and shop/ picnic have come down.

Listed all the selling stuff on ebay AGAIN. PLEASSE let some of it shift this week. have had to put it all on 3 day collection only as we go away for a week on Friday. the only "offer" I've had (some were put on as BIN last night) has been from someone 2 hours drive away....... seriously would you travel that far for £10 of kids clothes? wondering if she has family. what's made me even more pleaed I didn't accept her stupid offer..................... she's a BUSINESS SELLER.....so not like she's short of a few quid looking at how much she sells.

Yes i do!
They have tons of little bits of playsets that i keep putting in boxes and saying that we will find the other bits but never do lol

Chickywiggle oven and pride is at the ready!! Sadly not done today but f2f put it in Tom as going to mums for tea so oven not needed!!

When I sorted my bedroom got lots of clothes for dd 2 from top of my wardrobe which now fit her so no buying any at the min. On the downside more washing!!!
Not so good with the coursework - none done!!! MUST DO SOME TOMORROW!!!

Have had a good day today:
Hoovered front room
Swept hall/middle room/kitchen/lobby/bathroom
dd1 offered to hoover upstairs - still waiting!!
online shopping done for delivery tomorrow (hoping for some xtra special swaps on things they haven't got!!)
Oven prided the oven, shelves in bag ready for finishing tomorrow!
Sorted box of books in my bedroom, hate getting rid of books but they don't read/use these ones anymore so off to school they will go!!

Lush roast at my mummies house, left dd1 there to sleep as she said it was closer to her friends house for their meet up tomorrow (my mum lives up the road and round the corner!!)
Didn't even get coursework out but tomorrow here is my list:

Clean oven
hoover upstairs
coursework at least 2-3 hours
cook tea
make cakes and sausage rolls
walk dog

DD1 will be out all day and DD2 has friend coming round at 9am til Tues 3pm so they should be out of my way so will be able to spend plenty of time on my coursework.

Hope everyone is good, not much happening on thread at the moment!!

DD1 bedroom very tidy and sorted, need to 'get lost' in DD2's bedroom as she's a nightmare!!
Need to sort out cupboard under the stairs/sideboard and bookcase in middle room too. That is it for this week as working friday, meeting friend thursday and prob at job no 2 on wed. DH home wed too.
Will update again tomorrow, doing me good keep coming on here as feel like if I'm not doing it then I've been bad!!!! Night all x

well done taffy

did naff all yesterday as DH was off (he never gets Sundays off) so we went for a very very very long walk (ok it was supposed to be a walk TO somewhere but we kept getting lost until we gave up!)

Todays number 1 mission - tackle the filing that has been building up (i keep finding it in places i hid it).......... don't get me wrong I know EXACTLY what is in it - i open all my post.............. i just don't file it
Used to be very good at doing it weekly but 2 small boys do not make it an easy feet.



then I might finish sorting the kitchen out and DS1's last couple of boxes in his room.

Hi could I join please? I've lurked here a little and you all make me feel very lazy. Hoping if I join it may help me stay motivated.
I live in a 3 bedroom house with DH, 22month old son and currently 12 weeks pregnant with another. I work 4 days a week and DH works long hours 5 days.
Need to declutter, have made a start (again) but doesn't seem to make a dent. We have two motivates though : need to make room for another baby and make it easier to stay tidy once baby is here. Also we would like to move into a detached house and with all this junk I wouldn't want to bring estate agents in to value ours yet. Also we must try to spend less on groceries / meal plan every week. DH is on board but is a bit of a hoarder and needs lots of encouragement to abandon his computer games in his limited spare time.
Anyway best move myself and go do something useful

Good start so far:
Some bulky items put on ebay last night.
Big bag of DS's outgrown clothes ready to pass to my friend for her little boy.
Big bag ready to go to charity shop.
DH has tidied his computer desk and sorted out paperwork. Some has actually gone in the bin!
I've emptied, sorted out, decluttered, cleaned and reorganised my kitchen drawers and one cupboard completely. Also two cupboards partly sorted.
Two loads of washing done and put away.
DH has had a good look at what's in the chest freezer. Goal is to use meal planning to use stuff up. I'd like to get rid of this freezer as I hate digging in it and its really old and prob very inefficient. Always covered in condensation- yuk!
Goals for tomorrow:
-Faulty electric fire to exchange.
-DS's library books to return and pay fine probably :0
-Menu plan for week.
-Attack the dreaded front bedroom wardrobe.

Welcome fluffysox, I find when I have the time the thread is very good at 'helping' you get stuff done!!

Another good day today (well til 2pm anyway then I've had a 'lazy' afternoon, I deserve it!)

DD2 friend round at 9
Tidy front room/middle room
clean oven and shelves - gleaming!!
shopping delivered, had sorted freezer and thought I had done fridge but sadly not properly!! Delivered at 10.10 and finished the f/f and all food cupboards, proper sort, clean and organise (with delivered shopping) at 12.30!!!!
Lunch cooked for 2 girls, mum and me
Made Toffee Cream Tart (recipe from dinner ladies at school, my fav fav fav school desert) - tasted very nice, bit runny so need to thicken more
pick up DD1 and friend
Sit down and watch telly til teatime
cook tea
load dishwaser
washing machine

DD1 and friend have just been down making hash brown!! Started an hour ago and have only just finished!! Said they've washed up but bet they haven't!!!!

Today not as productive on the big declutter but a few things sorted.
Faulty fire exchanged and new one installed by DH.
Week's meal plan done and grocery shopping done.
Bolognese cooked and two tubs cooling before freezing.
Big bagbag of DS's too small clothes delivered to my friend for her baby.
Still to do tonight: put washing away.
Bags to charity shop tomorrow after morning at park, and a cheque to be paid in at bank.
Quite a few watchers on my items on ebay so hopefully they'll all sell.
