  • Well when I say routine I mean I know he'll nap for at least a bit in the morning and the afternoon so I can attempt to get things done by then :)

He's feeding twice in the night which isn't too bad but can't wait to drop one of them to get a blissfull 7-8 hours :)
  • Congratulations Peanut2013! How exciting. If I had a choice I would just stay in my PJs all day, so dont worry too much! lol.

I'm starting to notice jobs around the house that need doing again, not good! Have made a start on the mural in his room tho :)
  • Only the first week! When I just had the one baby, I spent waaay more time than that in jammies.

Now I have to do the school run, swimming lessons on Saturday bed church on Sunday I do miss those times :-) not that I would swap my 3 monkeys for anything.

    Yesterday's list

1/ lie on sofa feeling horrendous while children destroy house

    Succeeded there!

    Today's list

1/ lie on sofa feeling horrendous while children destroy house and whine about being ill on my birthday.

Off for a nap, baby girl is asleep and middle boy has just gone down for a nap after lunch. 2 hours until next school run. Wish me luck an Lemsip...
  • Lemsip max strength (the green goo in a bottle) tastes vile but works a treat! :)

    Hope it went ok!

Me, but I have tonsillitis and am feeling very sorry for myself. It's proper painful :-( thanks for your birthday wishes, but I've decided to postpone my birthday by a week and celebrate next Thursday instead. From experience, it'll take me a week to get over and then I'm going to need some lists as the house is already starting to look awful!

    feel better soon mysk_girl.

I'm off to the Dr's tomorrow. Had a 'cold' for over 3 weeks and while i don't feel terrible the pressure in my face/ top of nose, virtually constant headache and jaw ache are making me think antibiotics may be a good idea.

Will be back tomorrow with my weekend list. (not posting much in MSE during the week at the moment - lurking tho)

well dr confirmed my self-diagnosis...............a sinus infection. And is there a pharmacy open within a half hour walking radius of my home.......... NO! note to self - do not get sick at the weekend.....should have learn't that lesson after daring to go into labor on a weekend.

But mummy's can't be sick (have learnt that too) so today I have:
-got kids up and dressed with no help and been to dr and back all by 9am.
    - got 1 machine load of washing in the dryer, 1 on the line and one about to out and another about to go on as soon as I have stripped a bed.
    - swept the kitchen floor - will wash it in a minute.
    - opened all the windows to let the fresh air in (it is warmer outside then in the house)
    - booked for my electric meter to be changed.
    - put the tesco shop away (DS1 was upset it wasn't superman again..... tho the bloke was the one who had dressed up so he was so pleased he had made his day the other week and he was still talking about it...........and they'd made £750 which is fantastic.
