No i wouldnt be happy, i would have chucked them in the bin its one of those things, i wouldnt be looking for compensation, you got your refund and 200% difference back, what do you think you are entitled to ?

    Yes i have kids.

    im entitled to an explanation.

You have kids,so you know how awkward it is to try and get 2 year olds to eat,its harder now this has happened because he keeps saying no worms mum.He doesnt 4get a thing this one!!
Maybe i am wrong for wanting a little more but i just feel supermarkets and big companies get away with too much,im forever getting overcharged in asda and im fed up with going back to get my money back.Id go back for a 1p overcharge, yeah how sad you may think but if a every customer was overcharged by that 1p,how much would they be making????
Its the same with what you said about just throwing it away,if everybody did that, how much money would us as the customer loose??? o.k it doesnt happen much but its the principle.
sorry if i offend you by expecting higher standards.

What do you think to the boy in the news today- hatching a chick from a supermarket egg?
Ye he'd incubated it for a few weeks but its still disturbing to think they could be fertilised!!

In today's paper was a picture of some bagged salad from Sainsburys - the woman who bought it found a LIVE natterjack toad inside it. (a protected species, no less). So she helpfully made some holes in the pack and took it along to Trading Standards. Apparently the salads are packed in Portugal so the toad was lucky to survive. I read this AFTER I'd eaten the bagged salad I bought from Sainsburys today....................._pale_

they very often are! there have been a few of these stories around recently, there was a girl that hatched a duck using the same methods i think..

i don't think it's disturbing that the eggs would be fertilised though
nothing to see here, move along...
