Ive been thinking about this, seems to good to be true!

However I would prefer the £10, 300 mins, 300 text deal, but where I live (Hull), you cannot get any of Virgin Media services.

Anyone know of a way round this?

If not I will opt for the £15 deal?
Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.
  • So far only the e2save rep is here. What about thephonespot? If I order from thephonespot, would they be giving the same service/help as e2save? I feel that with the e2save rep being here, the deal has a bit more credibility, but I want more cashback, of course. So, any one from thephonespot would like to say a word here before I put the order?

thephonespot and e2save are one and the same, when you order from thephonespot the documentation will arrive from e2save.

Yes 'e2' and 'The Phone Spot' work out of the same office as part of CPW. I spent a long time on the phone to them yesterday trying to sort out my misdelivered sim card. 0800 0491000 will get get you through to the c/services.

I currently have a Virgin PAYG card. This deal is tempting me.
I think the snawer is no but can I keep my existing virgin PAYG number and transfer it to this contract sim?

    Hi ,
Thanks for the info on ported numbers. but you didnt mention Vodaphone
what should I do for vodaphone

    Many thanks

Blarm: If you bought a phone on O2 we request that you attached the number that you have ported as we deal with these ports in house.

If you buy your phone on Virgin, T-Mobile, Orange & 3 the port is done via the network themselves (we call these DIY ports). For this we need the original number attaching that we provided not your ported number.

Buckrogers1: we are not trying to mislead you we send the info on how to claim and when. By making these posts I am attempting to help make it as transparent as possible. If you take out the contract today (April) that is month one so the first physical bill you receive is the bill to send. Often a customer will look at the date range on the bill and get confused. Please rest assured we are not trying to deliberately confuse you. As with the Virgin deal in question you need to send the 3rd and 6th bill.

AGJ22526259: We are not luring people into a cashback deal. If you wish to discuss your experience on both contracts you took out please contact the cash back team on 0845 655 1246. Customer services assure me if we have made a mistake we will pay out.

Dont forget guys if you have any queries you can visit our online cashback centre at:

    http://www.e2save.com/faq.php?show=CAA

Or our help desk at http://www.e2save.com/faq.php

Or indeed call customer services on 0845 655 5522.

    Regards,

Hi - you should be able to as long as you get your PAC code to get this I believe you call 191 from your current handset.

I neglected to put the info on Vodafone as we do not provide handsets on that network.
