You will need to give the network 30 days notice for the cancellation. If not it will continue to run.
Kind regards,

I got a text today from "Carphone" saying they had recieved my chequeback request and they would contact me in 21 days - they also say there is "no need to contact them"0

Hi Rebecca, I am in a similar position to TommyGun and would appreciate any advice as this is my first 'cashback' contract.
My welcome letter from e2save shows the 25/04/07
My first bill from Virgin shows the 03/05/07. However, I haven't received a second and I guess my third is due soon.
Is it my third bill I need to send? Or should I be phoning to get a replacement sent out asap so I don’t miss the claim? Would they take a printout from the internet if this is possible?
Many thanks0 -
June (trust me!).0
-
ps; I assume you mean the first Virgin bill was dated 3rd. June. If so you're June one has gone missing and You will be out of time for your first claim!!0
-
ps.... 3rd June bill plus 30 days to get it to them = 3rd July. Suggest you urgently sign up for on-line billing, download a copy and send it at LEAST recorded delivery (special might be worth it given Friday's postal strike!) IF you miss out you CAN still claim the second and last installment under THESE t&c.0

I assumed the 3rd bill would be required, oops! My first bill from Virgin is dated the 3rd May 07.
I guess because it was late in April (25th) that I took out the contract the 1st month = April, 2nd month = May, 3rd month = June, which makes sense, even though on the 3rd June I would have only had the contract for ~40 days, it is still the 3rd month.
Thanks again for your help and hopefully I can order another bill or find one online :undecided0 -
E2Save really muddy the waters nowadays, but under your t&c month one is the month you get it and you go by that rather than the number of bills you receive.0
-
Virgins bills online are exactly the same as their paper bills so its gonna be in the post tommorrow! Thanks!0

Glad you should get in under the wire subject to the post! I sent you a private message which you may have missed.0
