FOS response, Barclaycard PPI after 12 months

It has now been about 3 months since the FOS upheld my complaint and 6 weeks since Barclaycard agreed to make a goodwill offer and I am still waiting, heard nothing from Barclaycard or the FOS

I know it's just a case of waiting but 15months in from Barclaycard initial rejection and it still isn't over yet

its heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere! , payment went into my account today, 2 weeks after offer letter.i succesfully claimed from lloyds last year that was straight forward, BC originally rejected but i took that to FOS ,i would never have done it without reading the comments on this forum, i am so grateful to everyone who gave me advice and support.your an amazing bunch and i cannot thank you enough. i will be checking in to see how you are all doing,

Received my letter from FOS yesterday, with a copy of the Braclaycard credit card application form. Firstly the application is typed. Secondly, all the dates at addresses used on the application are not true. They relate to when I opened a Barclay account and when I informed Barclays of change of address, all information on the Barclaycard application form was obtained using the personal details from my Barclays account, without my consent. There is a PPI question, which asks for a tick in a box, there is a massive hand written cross in this bit, which looks exceptionally suspect, since all information is typed.

Also FOS, said this was filled in following a meeting with Barlcay's, no such event ever happedned. Also, all the address's used are not complete, no post codes, I would definately have put these on the application. Not even a post code for where I work. I have written to FOS, highlighting all these points. Im hoping this may go somewhere to proving that I never applied for Barclaycard, and that I never knew or accepted the PPI policy. Please bear in mind, that I never saw this application form, until yesterday, didnt even know that PPI was on this application form.

Please comment, and tell me what you think, is there any chance this will go in my favour?

Quick update!

Not much to tell really, it's just over 7 weeks now since the FOS advised Barclaycard that I will accept the offer they send as long as it is based on the FOS guidelines. According to both FOS and Barclaycard it will take between 8 and 12 weeks to get a calculated offer and upto another 28 days to receive payment when it is accepted so I'm still possibility another 8 weeks from seeing any money!

I also had indication over the phone that the fos had gone in my favour with another case against Morgan Stanley (Barclaycard), this claim has been with the FOS for 16 months so far

9 weeks has passed and nothing from Barclaycard as yet.
