I don't understand why you and visidigi are having so much trouble understanding that I have been talking about SD and nothing but the whole time.

So I will ask one more time in the hope that you can actually answer a simple question.
Did you post the following comment refering to RM Tracked?

Yes, I referred to it as RM tracked as RM SD is an RM service and it is tracked. Because of the context - the RM next day service that Amazon are or are not using - I assumed (if I even thought about it) that people would have the basic intelligence to understand what 'tracked' meant in context. Sadly it would appear that in at least two cases I overestimated.

It's really quite bizarre how you keep gnawing away at this when even you must see that it's completely irrelevant to the matter in hand. Still, I suppose it gives you something to do.
