    Thank you:)

Bermuda is a beautiful place but I don't think a lot of the ignorant OPs know where that is - I know there are many US visitors there and they would go nuts at being treated badly as we were.

I would love to visit your shop when I next visit and hope your business is a deserving success:)

Thanks. That's very sweet of you to say. I just can't understand people that own businesses in the hospitality industry who have no clue about how to be hospitable to customers. There's just no excuse for rudeness or treating people with a lack of dignity; none whatsoever. Admittedly, my wife is a lot better at this side of things than me: she actually has one chap - Keith - that comes in once a day to get a latte who is a homeless drug addict. His counseller has set up a tab at the shop for the chap, which is paid off once a month. As long as Keith behaves himself (he does, far better than some of the wealthy lawyers and accountants that patronize the establishment, actually), he's free to get his latte and sit and read the paper. You see, it's about being nice. Being respectful. Giving people a modicum of human dignity. Too many in the hospitality industry have forgotten the basic elements of that industry which, unfortunately, is the UK's loss.

Are you just going to carry on attacking and insulting everyone that doesn't agree with you? What a pleasant person.
