I think nowadays you can send them as an eBay message with attachments. Someone else will have to advise on that, though, I have just tried to contact a seller myself and can't see any place to add them.
You can also try and get hold of their ordinary email address - it should be available or you can ask them for it to send them pics."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

Yes - people do it all the time. I corresponded with one seller before buying a Victorian book of magazines, and I asked them to send extra pictures to my ordinary email account.
Perhaps better to initiate things through eBay though and then ask them for their email address - just to show a bit of good faith."Well, it's election year, Bill, we'd rather people didn't exercise common sense..." - Jed Bartlet, The West Wing, season 4

It all depends on whether seller is still online or not, are they listing or leaving feedback that looks like it might be 'manual' rather than just listing programmes and automatic feedback?
If they do not appear to be online then give them at least 48 hours to be reasonableI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. The seller has responded saying that the item was not damaged when he sent it!!!! well i only picked it up today and it was in original box and scuffed so was definitely damaged and must have been before he sent.
Anyhow, he has admitted the fault of the wrong product and has asked me to sned it back using 'standard parcels service'.
What do i do next?
Do i need to do something with ebay now?

Standard parcels doesn't get you a signature and you definitely need a signature as proof that he has received it back. If it is heavy you could try interparcel.com who will have the courier collect it from you and you get a tracking number for it.0 -
Also, where do i stand with him saying it wasn't damaged when he sent it and me knowing it is damaged and must have been when he sent it?!
He did get a bit funny saying 'let's not get into the accusing each other game'

Thanks i'll look into this, can i send by RM special delivery?
Does he have to re-imburse my return postage costs?
Do i need to raise this all through ebay?
