As you have received the refund you should close the case.

Did you get the postage credit you were after?

  • Well, i escalated the case and they would't refund my postage :(
    Worth a try though.
On the plus side, the seller re-listed the item which sold for......£80 :rotfl: the exact figure i offered him to keep it. What a turd. Oh well lesson learned on this one :)

My fianc!e and I bought my engagement ring on eBay in 2008. The seller didn't state that the diamond was enhanced (poorer quality) but I didn't find out about that until over two months later when I tracked down the retailer in America and asked them what enhanced meant. I tried to sell the ring a few weeks ago and now I'm being told its no where near the 0.53cts advertised by the buyer and my jeweller. I'm fuming! The ring has since been returned for a refund. We could just about afford the ring so getting it valued hasn't been financially possible until recently. I need help. Is there anyway I can get my money back from the theiving seller I bought it from? They are still on eBay.
