    How much memory do they say it has on the new listing? I would also mention that...

    By me leaving feedback before receiving my refund, this isn't likely to have any adverse effects of any kind is it?

    "Computer sold as excellent and 500GB. Was actually 320GB and very scratched!"

    Don't call him a liar or anything similar, as it'll get removed. Just be factual.
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

    No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

    I did :rotfl:as i offered him £80 to keep it (when i realised it was 320gb and damaged) and he declined saying it was 'far to low' etc blah, blah.
    He has now listed it as a starting price of £80 !!!!

  • Refund given today :D just withdrew it from my paypal back into my bank. Oh how am i glad this sorry saga is over!!! never buying anything expensive from ebay ever again!

  • Can someone advise how to escalate a case whn this is what appears in the resolution centre?


    • What you should know:
      • When the refund has been processed, you can close this case
      • You can escalate this case to Customer Support on 20 Dec, 2012 if the refund hasn't arrived.
      • This case will automatically be closed on 23 Dec, 2012
