Refund given today
just withdrew it from my paypal back into my bank. Oh how am i glad this sorry saga is over!!! never buying anything expensive from ebay ever again!

Can someone advise how to escalate a case whn this is what appears in the resolution centre?

- You can escalate this case to Customer Support on 20 Dec, 2012 if the refund hasn't arrived.
- This case will automatically be closed on 23 Dec, 2012
