    Good news. Had 2 claims in my name and one claim in my wife's name. Checked account just now and £50x3 paid today.

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Just realised I hadn't had my claims paid, emailed Samsung, then came on MSE to prompt others to check their claim...and see that Samsung are behind on their payments.

    Looking forward to getting the money soon

    Samsung emailed back today saying the money was sent to me 5th March.

    Checked on bank account and yes, cashback has finally arrived. Late, but got there.

    Paid on the 12th - bit over the 35 days but at least I didn't have to chase. Enjoying the tablet but the charger has already stopped working and Samsung's own store never has it in stock.

    just checked, mine was paid on the 12th too.

    So it seems, they don't pay until nudged. I'm happy now tho'
    I try not to get too stressed out on the forum. I won't argue, i'll just leave a thread if you don't like what I say. :)
