  • I would maybe mention it causually to your friend. You're right, it might have been nothing, but either way your friend will appreciate your honesty. Tell he what happened and she can decide what to do with the information.

    I'm sure if it was you and your husband, you'd rather your friend told you about it, just in case. If you're wrong, great, if not, at least you've been a good friend and done the right thing.

    Just smacks of "troll" when they don't come back. I wonder if there's much enjoyment in doing something like that? I can't imagine that there is, really.

    It could also smack of being fed up of being used as a soap opera by people who are only following the thread for cheap thrills.

    Gleeful demands for an update for entertainment purposes may not entice further revelations.
