This is fantastic thank you. I have had a good look at the FAQs but can't see one that answers my question of "Can I change my username without having to re-register?"

    It stands for:
Lightbulb moment - what we MSE'ers and DFW's term as the moment of realisation whereby we need to start to tackle our debt head on instead of getting more.

I would like to post pictures in my replies on the Greenfingered Forum but, do not seem to have the capability to do it, can anyone help? In simple terms if poss, cos I get easily confused! It appears to be becasue I am a newbie (member since 2007, but only a few posts), is this correct?
    Thanks in advance

  • Hi not sure whether in right place and def not a techie - I wondered whether there was a section for disabled people to get quick information. I am a 24/7 carer for my son who has a rare life threatening condition, and although I'm quite good at research I have had a bit of a nightmare finding threads, and If I have I'm sure disabled people are having a problem. Also disabled people and the families/carers are often at the bottom of the breadline and need extra help, and if there are certain discounts out there for them - it would help to know about them on the weekly bulletin too. Was going to send Martin an Email but it looks like he would never see it. Could there be a heading like the ones on the main site like cards loans and reclaim £1000's? Best Wishes, Tracy Jones

PS - loving the work of Martin and all you guys and gals who make it happen!:j

Have a look at the Disability and Dosh board for money saving tips and discounts although medical conditions and specifically medications can't be discussed.

You cannot paste a picture directly into messages from your computer.

What you need to do is to post your pictures into an on-line album such as photobucket.

Once done, you copy your link of your picture in photobucket and then when you are writing your message you click on the picture icon insertimage.gif <---that one, and paste your picture's URL into the box that opens.

I have found a website that has EVEN MORE acronyms than netlingo, perhaps it could be added as an alternative to netlingo. Here's the link:
