would it be possiable to get a 'forum etiquette guide' as have some new members coming on getting all upset when you tell them to stop writing in caps as is shouting.
just basically give them some guides like how to delete threads etc.
To help them out a bit so dont come on just posting links to sites they have visited like this thread for example.

the user has got quite upset but in turn he has annoyed the pants off alot of the users.
It would just stop situtaions like this arising and save the moderators so much work as well.
