well, i couldnt wait any longer, so i have just rang! they have not acknowledged, so lady from court said i was to fill in the bottom of the N1 - a request for judgement. will do, and post it today. anyone know what happens next (am still expecting them to defend late though!!)

on filling in the request for judgement, it says i can state how i want to be paid. can i state a cheque, as i have a new bank account?

Try not to get your hopes up Becksta22. We are on very similar timescales and I was advised by the court that if they do defend and say they will go to court my hearing date would by in JULY

If you dont ask you dont get. Im sure you would be advised if a cheque is not allowed. Bring on your money:D

Well im getting very impatient now!

Lloyds have until Tuesday 8th May to acknowledge my claim and ive not heard a thing, they still might do it at the last minute though so im trying not to get my hopes up! I will call the court on Tuesday to see if there is anything crossing in the post. But if not i shall be at court on Wednesday morning as soon as it opens! Lol to ask for judgement by default!
Im hoping that with the bank holiday and everything they have forgotten! :D

I wonder where Jetcat has gotten to? But no news is good news will keep my fingers crossed for her.

i sent back the request for judgement, recorded delivery, but as it is bank holiday weekend, they wont get it till tuesday! am going to ring courts again then to see if Nationwide have acknowledged late, as i dont understand why they havent done anything - they usually defend!!

justlaugh - sorry had not been on for a few days - baby was poorly!

Jetcat- glad baby on the mend. looks like we are on almost the same timescale now so we both have to wait and see what happens. hopefully with the bank holiday they will have forgotten to acknowledge.

    Good Luck
