Have a read of the previous posts of users who aren't going through MCOL but their local court. You'll find your local court people very helpful with the forms you need etc.0

Hi everyone,
just need a little help with the forms, have written twice to barclays requesting my total charges of £945 be paid, with interest it comes to £1285,
They offered me £700.
I wrote back on 3/7/2007 threatening court action, and also added that if they were to pay me the full charges £945 than i will leave it at that, so there'll be no court appearances or any interest to pay...BUT AS OF YET I HAVE HAD NO REPLY
i followed the advice given to me by the good people of this site, and went and got a N1 claims form from my local county court.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH just 2 sections on the form, one is 'BRIEF DETAILS OF CLAIM' and the other is 'PARTICULARS OF CLAIM', first of all, id like to know the differece, and finally i would be grateful if someone could help me word it right as i dont want to mess it up.
THANKYOU ALL :j0 -
You'll find other people in this thread going via their local court rather than MCOL which helps and the wording for your POC is the last one, in the last post in the Reclaim Help Thread.0
