Happy days for me, received my letter today saying that they are reimbursing me the £4009.00 plus the £1,213.40 interest.
Total time less than 8 weeks from request of statementsto end.
although obviously elated that i won the money, makes me angry that they didnt pay out straight away and so ended up stressing me out for MY MONEY and also paying out an extra £1,213.40 unnecessarily, so who will be paying for that, the poor old pensioner thats to afraid to reclaim their money or joe bloggs thats about to lose his family home because of the debt thats spiralled through bank charges who is unaware of the bank charges reclaim, i know for sure it wont be the fat cat boss of halifax that will have a wages cut so pay out everyones interest!
Good luck to everyone and enjoy YOUR

WOW! This thread has grown since I last posted! CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners:D
Well, happy update from me - handed in my AQ on the 11th, and was awaiting a court date, when out of the blue yesterday I received an offer of settlement from Lloyds solicitors - full amount claimed inc interest!
I'm still in shock to be honest - really was expecting this to go all the way to court and felt like dropping the whole thing on occasions, so so glad I stuck at it!

 Well the day has arrived. Off to court today to try and claim on my second account with lloyds. With them paying up on the other last friday I was hoping that they would settle this one before today, but alas its not to be. The worst thing about it is that it is chucking it down with rain so cant even go to the beach afterwards. (Court is is weymouth). :rotfl:
Wish me luck everyone. I am bricking it.:rotfl:0 -
