Thanks, i did have a route about and to be fair no-one is really making it an easily available thread, would be good if there was a thread started on this website with all the relevant info needed, as this part is the most important of all, yet all you ever get is people saying 'look about you will find it' thats all very well if you have hours spare to trawl through numerous threads of info, but i as well as many are just getting more confused and frustrated.

Yes i agree it isnt made very clear. but from what i understand ( not alot) you need 3 copies of everything, all corespondence from the bank and court, terms and conditions, examples of cases that have been settled and relevant case law.
Sorry I couldnt be more help but i didnt have to go that far myself. you could maybe try the CAG live chat (i could get an answer to my questions much quicker than posting and waiting for a reply).
    Good Luck
  • Hi guys,

I went to court yesterday to file my papers. I had problems trying to work out the correct court bundle so could only do my best in the time i had. Received court date on 25th June and date to file papers of 11th June. I received this letter on 2nd June. Thought great I havent got long to wait till court, then thought s#*t how am I going to get all this sorted by 11th June as well as work, runa home and look after a lively 3 year old.

So what I did was. Took 3 copies of everything. All letters I sent them, all letters they sent me, all letters from court, list of charges(bank statements), list of charges with interest. Basic court bundle downloaded from cag website, (make sure you have tons of printer paper, you will need it), oft summery again from cag. The only thing i couldn't find was T & C and Early day motion from Parliment. I took it all to court and they said it was fine. They may have been lying to me but I think they expect most people to get a pay out without it going this far.
I also sent all this info to lloyds solictors. I am fed up with the stress. Have had a headache for three days, and just wish someone would give us all a break and say BANKS YOU MUST STOP THIS CHARADE AND JUST PAY THESE POOR PEOPLE.

I feel so much better now.:rotfl:

Just realised that I will be on holiday on the day after Lloyds deadline date to put a defence in...if it gets that far..its my Mother in laws case im doing so im panicking now..There last date is Friday 6th June..withthe next day being a saturday..is this still the 1st day we can request judgement or is it then Monday? If this is the case then thats ok,im back Monday. If we don't request it untill 2 or 3 days after there deadline..is this giving them a chance to sneak there defence in?

Also..how do you go about getting judgement anyway..does the court send the papers or do you have to ring up to request them? Im confuddled again now!

The court will send you a notice of issue telling you when the claim was served, on this there is a tear off section which you can fill in and send back requesting judgment.
In my case lloyds were really slow and didnt acknowledge the claim until 8 days after the deadline!
But i have just received 5322.83! into my account after requesting judgment as Lloyds didnt put in a defence!
But you are right about the courts, nothing happens on a weekend so you should be fine waiting until monday.

    GOOD LUCK
