Hiya can anyone help please ? We are claiming for bank charges back from 2 accounts from hsbc (oneof them is an old closed business account) . We have had enough of the the time wasting now and are thinking about taking them to court . My questions are can we put both acounts on one form for claiming our money at the local court ? And the other question is is there anywhere i can download and priont the forms we need to file at our local court ? We have got to use our local court because we are on benefits now due to me being ill , or we would have filed online .
Any help would be lovely thanks in advance0 -
Sorry forgot to mention both accounts are closed and have been for a few years now .0

Yes i think if both accounts are with the same bank you can put them on 1 claim.
You need to fill in and print out ( 3 copies as you can not save the form online) N1 form, use this link.

for the exemption from fee you will need to fill in and print out the EX160 form, you can use this link.

If you need any help, just ask.
GOOD LUCK

Oh No! thats terrible! just goes to show what a mockery the banks are making of the whole court process. But at least they only have 1 week left to enter their defence. But they probably wont! Hope fully they will pay up before then.
