Hi There, We Are In The Process Of Taking Lloyds To Court.
We Have Received Basic Court Form To Fill Out.
My Question Is, Do I Get A N1 Form From The Courts? Or Can I Get The N1 Form From Website, Download It And Fill It Out?
And Would Anyone Advise That This N1 Form Is Sent To The Courts With The First Claim Form Letter We Are Sending Off?
Would Really Appreciate Some Advise, I Have Tried Looking For N1 Form, But To No Avail.
Thanks0 -

Just to move this thread back up to page 1
I still havent heard anything from the court or the bank!
Lloyds had until 8th of May to acknowledge ( as of Fri 11th still hadnt)
I took in my request for judgement on 9th May ( as of fri 11th, hasnt been issued yet)
My statements turned up on Sat 12th!!!! ( i requested these 12th Feb!!!! but got fed up waiting and printed them out from online banking)
The longer im waiting the more i think Lloyds are going to acknowledge/defend late.
If the judgement is issued can the bank overturn this?
I too think the court are getting fed up with me calling every day!
Any news Jetcat?
Any news Beksta?
Any new einyuk ?
The waiting goes on!0 -

There is a thread running for users who are going through their local court rather than MCOL who should be able to tell you what to expect next. I'll just find it and pop your post in there.0

Hi
Can anyone help me with a little more specific information with regardsto my claim please?
Myself and my partner have completed the N1 form and taken it to our local county court. We are caliming charges over two accounts for the last 6 years. We have followed Martins guide and video and done everything as instructed. Now that we have started the court process i beleive that we have to wait 14 days (IS THAT WORKING DAYS OR INCLUDING WEEKENDS?) for the court to recognise/respond/defend the case.
Then what happens? The form we recieved back from the court is confusing with regards to the section about requesting judgement.
Ive been quite confident up until this point - i think its just because its now much more formal and a bit daunting that im now beginning to feel twitchy. Plus the fact the we are skint and need this money desperately.
Anyone who has been through this part please advise me and or make me feel more at ease.
We are claiming £7972.88 including interest over 2 HSBC accounts.
Many thanks0 -
If you have received your Notice of issue from the court it should tell you Date of issue, Date deemed served, Date bank has to reply.
If you have not received The Notice of issue yet you can ring the court and ask when you are likely to receive it and the date the Bank must reply by.
I am at the stage where i have requested judgement by default ( bank didnt reply) So i have been calling the court almost every day to find out if there are any new developments.0
