claiming via court not mcol

Hi all. I have resisted the urge to call the courts to see if lloyds have acknowledged yet. There times up wednesday so will ring court thursday morning. Fingers crossed.
Cap one haven't replied to my first letter so tommorrow I send them the one threatening court action. Wouldn't it be nice if they just said "we owe you this money, we are very sorry we took it from you. Here, have it back with interest." Well a girl can dream can't she. Hope It comes through before september, my youngest is starting school then. What do you think my chances are? Slim, remote, non-existant.
I should have been a man. Im always moaning.

hiya!lloyds have got til 17th (thurs) to defend my case.gonna phone court fri to see if they've defended.if they havent going to hitchin to enter judgement by default!i might be lucky

YEY!!!!!!! they have paid money into my account today!! :j :j not all i asked for, i think they havent paid interest, but they (i think) pay that separate!! am so relieved!! first thing i did was pay off credit card (feels so good!!) and now i can get that highchair (and then i can see if it makes toast!!!!)

small update
got a letter from hsbc today sayin that they have been advised about me filin for court and that their solicitors are dealin with it an all correspondence will be handled by the so all letters will come from them.
they have till 30th may
should i just wait and see wat happens or should i call hsbc's solicitors and see if they will settle out of court???
