Hi, Thanks for your reply. Yes i have got the notice of issue, it looks so formal and a little confusing, that is what im questioning.
Good luck with your claim and judgement process. So im assuming that even after youve won (the bank didnt reply) you may be looking at incurring further fees for bailiffs??

    Thanks

Yes Balliffs is still a possibility but i will cross that bridge if/when i get to it as it may not come to it.
I am still very daunted by the whole court process but there is a lot of help and encouragement on this site, I know i wouldnt have even got this far without everyones help.

    Good Luck

I have taken halifax to court over charges but had to go to the local crown court cos I couldnt pay online. Halifax had till today to acknowledge court letter but they have refused to do so. I haven't heard from court or halifax at all. What should i do next.

I am about a few days ahead of you. On the letter the court sent you " Notice of Issue" there is a tear off part where you fill in the totals and send it back to court requesting judgement by default. It may be an idea to phone the court 1st and ask if bank have acknowledged late. Then you have to wait for judgement to be issued.

    Good Luck
