justlaugh - wow, mine neither!! checked with court today just to check they hadnt acknowledged late, and they hadnt. so , they received my request for judgement today.

does anyone know how long this will take now, as i said on request that i wanted paying immediately. dilemma - baby needs highchair, do i pay for one now and just get the one for £25 which i can just about afford (but is very basic) or do i wait and get the one i want (a 5 position, all singing all dancing one!) for £85 when they repay me? if it is going to be a 3 month wait, then i think i will have to get the basic one!!!

    best of luck to everyone!

    Jetcat- Fantastic news for you
I read in another thread today that it could take up to 2 weeks for the courts to actually issue the judgement depending on their backlog apparently not high on the priorty list! But the court you went to seems to get things done much quicker than most!
If it were me i would wait for a week or so before getting the all singing all dancing high chair, baby deserves the luxurious best chair you can buy!
    Good luck

i think i would risk going to the court tomorrow! if they reply in 3 weeks, you will be even less able to proceed. just take your hospital bag with you, just in case!!! and best of luck (with baby and charges!)

Well, lloyds had until yesterday to acknowledge, I rang the court 10 minutes ago and suprise suprise:rolleyes: they did indeed acknowledge yesterday!

They have until the 23rd to enter a defence. Just wondering if I should start putting together my court bundle? To be honest, that seems such a daunting task lol, but it would keep me occupied during all this waiting!
