what files?0 -
on a paypal claim it says there is an option to add files but I can't find it. I want to include the correspondence we have had,Debtfree!0

You can do it via the resolution or follow the help link for 'uploading files'.
Edit - as I have now seen post 107.
What correspondence? If you have been liaising via the resolution centre, then the conversation is there.0 -
The resolution centre only seems to capture corresponence at Dispute and as she they basically took it straight from dispute to claim my comments are not there.Debtfree!0

Once the claim is escalated then afaik neither of you can add any 'comments'. So any conversation that takes place for example in email won't be allowed. Whoever escalates is asking for Paypal to rule on the information they have. Paypal will ask for more info if they need it, ie tracking.0 -
ok well I wont provide anymore information now until the 22/11/2012 when I respond giving the tracking number. May as well drag this out now. The lady wrote some false info about the sale at dispute but put it to claim before I could reply....Debtfree!0

It really doesn't matter who said what. All paypal will be interested in is that your tracking shows 'delivered'. Nothing else will matter.
As for holding off, just be mindful that it isn't always midnight on the date concerned, so don't miss the deadline by thinking you are being smart.0 -
DebtClearer wrote: »wow it is incredibly easy to just say something never turned up. What if I didn't sent it recorded and it was lost? It is so easy for buyers just to say they never received something...
Your buyer could be thinking "Wow it's easy for sellers to say they have sent stuff but keep it!"
It's in all sellers interest for the process to be easy and hassle free for buyers. The risk and work when things go wrong is for sellers to take not buyers.
Ultimately buyers have lots of options to buy elsewhere. Sellers have very few options so the ones we use have to be good for buyers.0 -
who's to say what you've even posted? Why couldn't I have posted a 1p sock and say it was a coat work £30? I'm just saying....really realising all this is not so secure after all.Debtfree!0

Because your buyer will open a dispute and send it back to you???
Not sure what your point is either, how is it relevant to your coat going missing?0
