Hi All,
Well done U all... I couldn't do much this week. Got back to work on Tuesday and was told to attend 3 weeks of training in London from This Monday... So have been staying at work till 9 in the evening to prepare for the training....
Though I am not feeling bad as the failures don't really matter - I will start again once I get back from London...
basil01 - Congratulations to U
Will be missing DH in London... We haven't been away since we got married 3 years ago

MoneyQueen likes been said before sometimes other things are more important. Don't ever class not ding the list as a failure, everyone has their priorities, don't get it all done myself sometimes. Can always pick up later. Hope the training flies over.
I'm doing 20 more minutes in the kitchen then giving up until tomorrow, watching trash on the tele instead, think I did enough today and need to give myself a breakOne day I might be more organised...........

Hi everyone
Just wanted to pop in and say :grouphug: to those who need one.
Well done to all those newbies it does get easier as I've found out.
Thanks for all the support this week it's really helped to keep me on track.
Have a great weekend. Can't wait for monday as kids go back to school and I can really get stuck in without the constant "mummmmmy" even though I love it but after the 100th time it does start to grate :rotfl:
Might pop in at the weekend as I'm still decorating and might need another kick so make sure one of you is wearing DM's :rotfl:

Just catching up on what I missed last night; I fell asleep on the livingroom floor at 9.30. it was either the lovely bath that knocked me out or the THREE hot x buns that I had to try before I inflict them on my lovely hosts today! Ten left though..
Michelle, that's a sad situation with your aunt, I hope you're finding a way to cope.
Lil_me, I know what you mean about looking in the mirror and not seeing what you expect. In my case it's not so much a change of hair colour as the fact that in my head I'm still in my 20's and when I look in the mirror I'm surprised to see my mother!
Well done to everyone who doesn't have any flying to do this weekend and especially the Newbies. Hurrah! And to those having to do 'overtime' keep at it, it'll soon be done.
Have a grand weekend all. I'm curious about the new format for next week's thread.. see you Sunday evening.

Morning everyone. Hi to all the new comers, and hugs to those of you who need them.
I didn't really do anything when I got home from work last night. I think I was just totally shattered from doing 3 interviews and 2 meetings, I fell asleep during How I got News for You. Today I want to get back out into the garden and do a bit more out there, plus also some more studying. Tomorrow I'm off out to do a photoshoot for some friends as they want some pictures of their kids so that should be fun.
My list for today

good morning to all you international flyers :wave:
Welcome to all our newbies
Well, all my good intentions have gone by the wayside, started the week positive and full of good intentions, today.. I got up, looked around and wondered what the h*ll I have done all week, it is such a mess..
Never mind, going to get stuck in today..
dust/tidy/hoover/remove things that don't belong - livingroomBM is on (silly move as I started the WW core plan and not bread)
washing (not far behind, a few loads should do it)
drying and ironing and put away
take DD to gymnastics
fundraising meeting at gymnastics
drive DD1 to birthday party
make butternut squash soup for lunches this week
make meal plan for next week
postoffice
keep kitchen tidy
make DD1 and DD2 do their rooms (not doubt will generate another 2 loads of washing)See how I get on with those things first, I can think of lots more to do...
Have a happy weekend everyone and Michelle: All the best wishes for getting through this dificult time0 -
Just read a few messages whilst I'm doing some banking online.
Michelle - so sorry to read your news, hope your aunt and family are doing ok. Unfortunatley, I've been in that situation at the beginning of the year so fully understand what you are going through, sorry again, my thoughts are with you.Lightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!

Just gonna potter mostly today, I have co-ersed teenie# 2 to do the grass for me though which will be a big help as the lawnmower weighs a ton and I have a hilly garden and can't manage it without being knackered for the rest of the day.
So list for today
* [STRIKE]tidy living room[/STRIKE]
* [STRIKE]general tidy of master bedroom[/STRIKE]
* Do dishes, clean kitchen (it's grotty)
* Sort out washing
* hoover through
That's about it.
Michelle Thinking of you x0 -
Morning allGood luck with todays flying AnWsmum, I'm lucky to be in the position of not working at the moment, I can't imagine how hard it must be to keep up with the lists, the dailies AND have to work on top. I don't know how you all do it.
Well as predicted maralum I got practically nothing done yesterday although in consolation work wasn't too bad. I did however manage to do one washing load before I left and then left another going with the first lot in the dryer so last night there were two heaps of clean washing on the sofa. Add to that the mountain on the other chair and that is a LOT of ironing :eek:
Plus the house looks rather like a bomb has gone off with stuff dumped all over. Got swimming lesson for DD this morning and then wedding ringing this afternoon and then I'll have to try and get sorted or else we will be officially a CHAOS zone
Hope you all have a good weekend, hugs for you michelle, hope your aunt improves soon.Official Mascot and Chief Cheerleader for the 'Mortgage Free in Three' Gang
