I think pigpen still has PC issues at the minute, might PM her in a mo make sure everythings ok.
embb - think those down moments happen to most of us at times, hope things get better soon. Sometimes it's hard to even know why they happen isn't it. I used to put it down to being due but then when I stopped having them felt the same every now and again. One day I might be more organised...........

Hello all,
Just had a quick skim through the posts, sending another hug to those who are down in the dumps today.
Don't plan on doing much flying tonight, I just need a quick tidy up as I'm away for the weekend and want to come back to tidyness on Sunday. Off to lovely N.Yorkshire to stay with my Bro and SIL so I'm going to do some baking tonight to take in lieu of B&B. I fancy a 'me' night too, it's been a tough week and could do with a bit of a pamper.
Wonder if I'll fit all that in ? Hmmm.. better get cracking..One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

Yeah you're right lilme, I'm gonna have a hot bath with lots of bubbles later on, I feel like I need to take care of me for a bit if only for one night lol, I'll be ok x
I didn't realise pigpen had PC Probs, hopefully it's just that.
emmie You've done marvellously today, give yourself a pat on the back

Oh a me night sounds great, hmmm wonder if I work super hard once the kids are in bed I can fit everything else in and dive in a bath with bubbles and candles (at the side of course not in the bath like my son thought I did when I said I like a bath with candles) Steam would help me too of course, oh what a good excuse!
Another quick mention is Michelle, hope your aunty is on the mend honey, don't rush back but just wanted you to know we're thinking of you all.
Solwaykid enjoy your weekend away.
Oh I forgot, I think DP hates me, I managed to get my own way keeping the other freezer for more room for bulk cooking
but the problem was bench was too low to fit it under, so I've also had him helping me move that too. I think I've worked him a little hard today :rotfl: he never usually touches housework but I had him with cloths under his feet cleaning the marks off the floor where the old fridge and freezer were :rotfl: I was scared he was going to go into shock. One day I might be more organised...........

@ lilme, it'll do him good
You know what Michelle I keep forgetting to wish your aunt a speedy recovery and everytime I go to post I forget, I'm really sorry, all the best to your aunt x
Well, my chips and pie's ready (yum) so I'm off to stuff my face, ta-ra lovelies!
Looking forward to the 'new look' thread, I can't wait0 -
Well I thought I'd be clever and put a load of vinegar in the kettle to descale it ... only I filled it to the top and it boiled over - stupidly I grabbed the kettle as I noticed it and pulled it off the stand so I ended up with a scalled hand (not too bad, just a small burn on one finger), and vinegar errupting over the worktop (destroying 3 Asda magazines) 2 cupboards, 2 drawers and through a serving hatch down the wall and all over the ironing pile  Serves me right, so the kitchen has been anti-bac'd and everything stinks of vinegar... Oh well...kettle doesn't look any different though :rotfl:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0

Oh my god Nicki, hope you are ok, sure the 'a la chip shop' smell as my DP calls it won't last long.
Your posts just reminded me of the fortune cookie DP got a few days ago, it read as something like this 'Maybe your whole purpose in life is so other people can learn from your mistakes' :rotfl: he said me being the clumsy one I should have had it.
Right off to spill the lentils I just poured all over the kitchen by accident

I've been away visiting my dad who is ill. Got home late last night but have just flaked today and done nothing. House wasn't too bad. It's the first time we've left family 'home alone' (They are 16, 18 and 21). Other than washing still in machine from Tuesday evening and dirty dishes all over house it wasn't too bad. I might dare go away again some time. I will try to start again with renewed zest next week.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Poohbear ((hugs)) never worry about doing nothing. Flylady isn't about frazzling yourself out, you've had a lot to deal with and there are times when housework is the last of anyones priorities but as always more than welcome to pop in even if it's just to say sod the housework I'm having a day off! I am impressed that the house is still standing with children of those ages, all the horror stories about parties being advertised on the internet etc, your children must be a credit to you and much better brought up.One day I might be more organised...........

Evening everyone! Sorry that so many people feel down today, big hugs to all of you. Think they'll be lots of baths and wine nights!
Have a good day, I actually sat here this afternoon whilst baby was in bed and couldn't think of any jobs - thanks flying! Am proud of myself tonight (this is so silly) but DH is out from work so I'm alone with baby, normally Dh helps bath him and then he does the bottle and puts him to bed but tonight did it all myself. I know its silly as I'm alone with him all day but just felt a bit nervous about doing myself and I've managed it. Am now sat with crap tv on, a glass of wine and some crisps having an hour chilling with my dogs before DH is back.
Friday Flying - Kids rooms and spare rooms - did yesterday
