Friday Flying - Kids rooms and spare rooms

    1. Strip beds for wash, replace linen after vacuuming mattress (don't want bugs do we!)
    2. Make sure everything is in it's place, or if required delegate to the offending child!
    3. Dust where needed, what about the top of that wardrobe ?
    4. Clean window (check incase curtains need a wash while you are there)
    5. Vacuum floor

If this is a spare room you're tackling, which over time has just become a dumping room, give it 15 minutes of your time.

If you have kids make sure those uniforms are put in the wash ready for Monday. Have a little quick tidy and vacuum of the high traffic areas that need it so you can have the weekend off, apart from dailies of course. Have a lovely weekend

On top of the above I have to do my:
    *washing
*run an errand for my dad

I can't hoover anything today as my hubby is in bed on nights
But will do the kids beds anyway and hoover next time :p

well a bit of a funny day here -dd2 has a chest infection and hardly slept all night so me and dh are a bit hanging today!! but i have never felt so good on less than 4 hours sleep -it is a cross between sunshine and prozac kicking in :rotfl: you've gotta laugh!!

i am feeling quite raring to go - have made beds, stripped little ones beds and washed, just about to put on line, remade dd2s bed, dh has emptied dw and s&s kitchen

i have also paid cc - had to go to bank as forgot to do earlier - so wanted to avoid late charge and cancelled 0% i also popped to market for lovely local veg then have meal plan and food shop so quite productive - oh and also hung out towels and picked in load of girls clothes!!

    That was me I think.

Mine's turned into a tea loaf type of thing after I had a look through some recipes.

Am feeling very, very fed up.
Two days ago our social worker needed to know when we would be available to meet a social work team who were considering placing a little boy with us. They had read our details, spoken to my DH and were very enthusiastic about our family.
They have just called to say they are going to place him with another family without even meeting us.
It's a shame the house is done I could do with going to scrub something very hard to vent off my anger just now.

Hope everyone is having a productive day and enjoying the sun if they've got it in their part of the world.

    Hello! Yay - its Friday!

Been out all morning, managed to most dallies before we left while DS had a nap and played a bit and just finished. We go to a baby/toddler swimming playgroup today, baby is now fast asleep and I'm shattered! He's getting too big for me to be lifting about now plus we had a terrible night with last night, think another tooth is on its way. Onwards with the list:

Friday Flying - Kids rooms [STRIKE]and spare rooms [/STRIKE] - did yesterday

    1. Strip beds for wash, replace linen after vacuuming mattress (don't want bugs do we!) - will do when he wakes
[STRIKE]2. Make sure everything is in it's place, or if required delegate to the offending child!
    3. Dust where needed, what about the top of that wardrobe ?
    4. Clean window (check incase curtains need a wash while you are there) [/STRIKE]

Just done the quiet cleaning I can, emptied bag, tided and will hoover when hes up and having 5 mins on his playmat and then I'm back up to date. Hopefully we'll have some veiwers at the weekend so must keep going with flying. Right, think I'll have a cuppa before I nod off! Have lovely weekends all!
