CP plus. parking collections ltd. debt recovery plus.. all owned by the same man. ignore or appeal.
appeal and then appeal again to popla is my preferred choice. you can still ignore either way. the peeps on here are always free to help. The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.
We workers all love it and the ppc hate it :rotfl:0 -

Where have you heard this ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

When a newbie comes on here displaying a bit of PPC knowledge, I get a mental picture of bacon, sausages, gammon, pork chops and black pudding appear in my minds eye. I wonder why..... (Oink Oink).0 -
Years ago I spent a lot of time on this website, so I am not really a Newbie. I am well know and respected on a lot of other websites. I am only a newbie, because my login details are new as I my original login information is long gone.
My experience with parking was developed over about 7-8 years during which time I learn't a lot, and had to find "reasonable legal" ways of solving the flat owners problems - before it got out of hand - which I won't get into.
I did use Legal Clampers - and they were very good. Lots of appeals processes and photographs taken, and it was not just a case of them just turning up and clamping - they were instructed to always wait 10 minutes before clamping, in case the vehicle was there in an emergency. (As Emergencies can happen). Life for the flat owners got better and disagreements stopped.0 -
Little women still waiting for those court judgements you claim to gave got. When are you going to post these up?For everthing else there's mastercard.
For clampers there's Barclaycard.0 -

I got a charge from CP Plus dated 29/09 but only issued on 02/11. As per what everyone says on here I am going via the ignore route, however the letter does state something about a new law effective 1st Oct called ''Protection of Freedoms Act 2012''.
Will this have any impact or is this just another scare tactic that I can safely ignore?0 -

If it says or implies that the Protection of Freedoms Act applies to your "incident" then they are lieing ..the Act came into force on 1st October and CANNOT be back dated.
Ignore them but :-
You should immediately report CP Plus and whichever Parking Company they represent to the DVLA ..several companies have already been banned from DVLA data access because of similar misleading letters / signs.
