You were giving your kids whiskey is the worrying bit!!! Then you had a go at them because the product was priced as normal! Are you joking me, did you not think hmm £0.69p seems slightly cheap! That must be in the wrong place from what i see it is your own fault.

    Calm down, it's not real!
  • If this is the offer I think it was, they were doing it on both the small and big bottles of Malibu, and the big ones were priced at £12, the small ones at £6. Its possible you saw the £6 and picked up a big one?

There isn't really anything you can do except return the item.

I was tempted to ask him if he'd heard about them removing the word gullible from the dictionary. But I decided to be nice....for a change :p
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride

This happens a lot in our Morrisons, so much so that I'm now extremely careful to read the ticket and make sure the offer applies to the product I want.

It's not a deliberate policy of misleading the customer, it's just that the staff are inept simpletons who don't give a rats @ss. Fact.
Love the animals: God has given them the rudiments of thought and joy untroubled. Do not trouble their joy, don't harrass them, don't deprive them of their happiness.
  • As i work in retail myself i know this does happen, but we will only sell at the discounted price if the description matches the item sold. Why should stores have to sell things cheaper because customers cannot read, when the information is put there in plain view for that reason. If the type is too small, you can always ask at the till to check the price.
Usually find the people that complain about this have never worked in retail and do not how the lovely customers move and dump products and price tickets.
    Hopeful optimistic.
