my wife shops m/s all the time, went yesterday, monday. thur,practically lives there; no e-mails,and uses mbna amex ther, and everywhere she can.
just had £10 gift card from m/s, chairmans pa, no less for bad treatment in marble arch store when she was seeing a show 4 weeks ago.

Tip for anyone with participating Patisserie Valerie's near by but not looking for a meal. I popped in to one local to my office this afternoon and got 11 chocolate truffles for £5.55 before the £5 credit.

this offer is amazing, I'm only in the uk for 3 days in novermber but still i've made over 300! is it the first time they have done this offer? what is the best way to hear about future ones.

gutted that i have to go on holiday tomorrow morning and wont be back till nov i could of made a grand on this! perfectly justified i guess as i use my cards for work and spend 4k a month on them and all the juicy fees amex get anyway.

Hi mike, unrelated £5, do you find that Amex plat, always has a debit at the start of every new month, right at bottom of the page , even though it,s not been used ?
? Queeried it last week ,when phoned about no e-mail, they said ignore it, mistake, but I ignore nothing on statement. It,s every month.Shows I,ve made transaction, when I haven,t.
As soon as first transaction(proper)is made, then the debit is refunded.
I wonder if it,s the £20 fine for 6 month none use loaded at start, then deducted as soon as you swipe it.?
They have a wierd way of accounting.
I,ve got £47.50 credit from £5 deal on new month, spent £31 , yet owe them £23.61 ???
Only noticed it with all these £5 refunds.
