Sorry, Your correct! If you don't upgrade and remain on your existing tariff then Yes you get to keep 0845/0870 no's etc... included in your inclusive mins.

Good point "if you change your tariif but not your phone,and dont sign for a new min term ". I suspect they will take the opportunity of removing the ngn facilty. But i am not sure on this one.

That should slightly appease the monthly line rental if we have to pay them £30 pm to keep the free 0845/0870 calls

But unless you do it before beginning of may your be extending your contract by 12 months so you want qualify for the INCLUSIVE not free ngn calls.
