O2 to start charging for 0845 & 0870 calls

If you purchase before (they change rules) eg 1/5/2007 0844/0845/0870 calls will apparently still be included in inclusive minutes until you finish your contract. If they altered the rules to not allow them whilst your contract was running, it would give you grounds to cancel your contract anyway.
Confirmation they are included at the moment can be found here. :http://www.o2.co.uk/mobilestariffs/tariffs/specialnumbers
Tomorrow is the deadline (27 April 2007)
"± The 20p/min rate applies on all Pay Monthly plans where customers have connected or upgraded from 27 April 2007 onwards, and calls to these numbers are not included in bundle minutes for these plans. Customers who have connected or upgraded to a Pay Monthly plan before April 27 will be charged as for standard UK landlines (01 & 02 numbers)."0 -

So if one takes out a contract tomorrow which group will he fall in??? the ones who are chargeable at 20ppm or the ones who make the calls free.
Didnt somebody say this was up until May 1st 07???0 -
probably implies starting from 00:00 on the 27th April... ie in about 7 hours time. Considering most shops and retailers business hours close this evening at about 5/6pm any new orders online will probably go through tomorrow... so be careful.ummm...0
