We are just waiting for replies to our enquiries to confirm a few things. Sent them weeks ago so can't be long!0

Solicitors say they have all searches and enquiries back, so they should be sending the contract out to me today or tomorrow.
Didn't quite make my target of completing by 14th Nov, but it's looking like I should easily be in by Christmas, which was more important.
Let's just hope I haven't jinxed it by saying that...
Well it took over three weeks rather than two days to get the contracts in the end, but after a complaint to the solicitor things finally started moving and I have exchanged today :j
