  • Hello all

I don't usually post on this bit but as SD and DH are watching Family Guy on dvd thought I would escape for a bit. Mind you if I hear the theme tune much more tonight the dvd will be going into the bin!!!

I had a day off today (terrible Easter, huge rows so nothing got done) and did the foloowing:

Washed all the windows I could reach - I hate that job and keep vowing I'll get a window cleaner. My upstairs outside windows are gruesome.
Oiled the garden furniture and my wooden furniture with teak oil. Lovely smelly job!
Did 2 lots of washing, put them outseide but it rained so finished them off in the TD. I don't normally but didn't want washing around while Sd is here.
Blitzed the bathroom, computer room, our bedroom, spare room and remade the beds.
Took the dogs for a 2 hour walk stopping off at the cash point to get money for the electric key meter thing. I say walk, more like "drag" by them!
Then went back out to get electric and pick up prescription.
    Cooked tea
    Cleaned smaller fish tank.
    Did paperwork.
    Did ironing

    No wonder I am tired!

Tomorrow I am hoping to cut the grass if the sun comes back out and clean downstairs.

I have tried to follow the fly lady day by day thing but don't seem to manage it very well. I like my house gleaming by the end of the weekend as I am too tired after work during the week. Usually up at 5.45 don't get home til 6 then by the time I have doine tea, ben on here sometimes and done a few bits and pieces it is usually time for bed again.

Well off for a bath now and then bed.......................I use our library too and they have a shed load of "Angel" books.......................nice light reading!

    Ta ra
