  • I am going to have to get petrol tomorrow so it will be a spend day....

You are most definitely on a roll! Though don't count petrol as a spend day - this is difficult and an essential so as long as its budgeted for, along with vehicle maintenance it doesn't need to be classed as a spend day.....(its the chewing gum at the counter that'll get you)..:D

Fantastic foodie day though - DH is probably loving inventive eating!!

Well, have a confession to make. I did spend today but it was only 92p and it was a for a stamp to send a PPI claim to HSBC. Sorry!!!! Or maybe I should take that out of my £25 shopping budget for the week?

Apart from that, I'm just having a break from listing stuff on ebay at this very moment. Why is it so time consuming and faffy?

Spent the day cleaning the house for the parents return from a holiday in Espana. Sent off my MSc application too, cleaned out the fridge and wrote a complaint letter to the CEO of wahanda as they had mis-described a spa day I bought a voucher for (before NOspender began!). Was shocked and pleasently surprised to receive an email back from him within an hour of sending it. My perusal of the fridge showed that I have lots of eggs, cheese and potatoes. Any suggestions???

NinjaSavingKat can't get that image out of my head of me painting my new house in the summer. It's motivating me a great deal so big thanks! I'm also going to pay off my £500 HSBC credit card asap to begin clearing my debts.

PS If I want to put in a sig (what does it mean firstly?) what do I include?

Firstly... boil potatoes then fry them along side a scrambled cheesey ommlette! Naughty but yummy!!

Take the 92p out of your weekly spend...

You seem to be on the ball today and switched on to getting things done! Your parents get a sparkling house as well... what was in the email you recieved? Money back? Another Spa day..?:p

The Sig is the signature of what you are participating in during the month - you will see mine at the bottom of this post declaring my winnings / earnings / challenges etc.. Go to "private messages" at the top, the at the left there is "edit signature" - be inventive its all yours...

You will get your house don't worry! As I will hopefully get mine...

    Onwards and Upwards...

The CEO said that he could see that there were 2 issues they needed to help me out with and that he wanted it sorting promptly. He also said that he would get the Head of the Customer Services Dept to look into it and they will get back to me tomorrow - so finger, legs and everything else crossed. Will keep you posted Ninjasavingkat.

How are your ebay listings going?
