You guys are priceless. I'm not endorsing any website at all. I do know that the methods described WORK. There is nothing dishonest about it at all. The method succeeds because it challenges a dishonestly entered default notice.
The OP was asking a question, he was looking for an answer not your opinions on his morality. :rolleyes:0 -

Who says you are endorsing it?
Comments like "The following strategy relies on the fact that the person with the default never received the original default notice
Whether you did or did not is your business "
"How To Possibly Remove A Default Notice "
"Whatever the case, we'd still advise you to follow this plan under the 'nothing ventured nothing gained' philosophy"
"And it's incorrect paperwork which is the lever you'll be using to get those defaults wiped."
So if the paperwork was all OK and you are not a liar, then there is nothing you can do.0 -
Again, you are trying to impose your opinions as advice (you really ought to learn the difference) on the guy who is asking for help rather than actually offering any help.
The info & suggestions I have posted CAN and HAVE worked for many people.
I'm telling him that the above are things he can do because I know it can be done and I have seen it succeed. It is up to him if he wants to give it a try.
You are telling him there is nothing he can do based purely on your opinion. Have you followed or been involved in a case where someone tried to get a default removed? What was the result?0 -
They "can and have" worked (perhaps) in VERY limited circumstances unless you are a liar.
It is not opinion. It is fact. And stop taking things so damn personally! You'll give yourself high blood pressure.0 -
I take nothing personally, you're just a load of text on a computer screen.
You can say it is fact all you like, it means nothing until you can substantiate it.
I can say that it is a fact that plenty of people have succeeded in getting defaults removed. See this little lot for starters..

I suppose they're all wrong? Liars?0 -

I suppose they're all wrong? Liars?
They must be lying unless none of them were sent the relevant paperwork...0 -
Whether anyone is lying or not is not for you to judge. The same principle can be applied to all those hundreds of thousands of bank & credit card charge claims where the lenders claimed that the charges were a true pre-estimate of their costs. Aren't you one of those who keeps banging on that we can't say that they're not telling the truth because it has never been proven at trial?
Anyway, back to the point, these guys wanted to know if there is anything they could do. The answer is yes there is, as many people have already shown with considerable success, whatever your opinion might be..0 -
Read what the article says.
"And it's incorrect paperwork which is the lever you'll be using to get those defaults wiped."
If that is not the case, then it will not, legally, work.
Oh, and I don't "bang on" about anything. But you are right, until there is a Court decision, then there is no precedent.0 -
