Im In Scotland and have to file a claim through small claims court, all the info is complicated has anyone from Scotland got any advice about how to go about the claim
Not sure if the claim should be in Scotland tho. I live there but their head office England. Please help amount <£400
You need to file at your local court and they will help you with the forms. It doesn't matter that their address is in England. You'll find the wording for the forms in the Reclaim Help Thread here...

Its the version for filing at your local county court.0 -
I am already going through FO and have had my claim with them since June. I have to make the decision to either continue with my claim through FO or let them know and pursue it through the courts. As the FO is free, I am going to continue this route and see if I get a favourable response. If not then the court route is still open. Hope Crap1 get their finger out soon and respond!!!!!0

Yes............Reclaimed thanks to this site:

Capital One owed me 1100 and have offered me 420, Should I take the offer or take them to court for the full amount? I feel like I should go for the full amount, how likely is it that I would get the full amount?0

Once you file a court claim, Capital One usually crumbles within weeks. Myself and a lot of other people have got back the full amount. Check out the Capital One thread.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
