I started MCOL claim on 11 July. I had already had a Crap offer from Cap one of £ 360 re a claim of nearly £900. Cap one have not even acknowelged yet and just over one week away from a judgement The 21 days is up shortly so we shall see if they settle . No sign as of yet
  • Ash, Jill,

Thank you for both of your replies, which cheered me up no end, I borrowed money on a consilidation loan & have paid off my 2 accounts with Cap one & Barclaycard, so there is nothing outstanding. The claim I wrote of was for £891 inc costs, so hopefully any cheque will come directly to me, I had to delay MCOL action on my second Cap One acc & Barclaycard until pay day (yesterday).

I hope that your claims are promptly settled & will watch your postings

    Dave
